The Plaza Dedication
On November 29th 2017 "The Plaza" at Greenville High School was dedicated by the Class of 1965. Click below to view an eleven minute video of portions of the ceremony. After the video loads you may control the playing of the video and the volume by using the controls at the bottom of the screen.
Class of 1965 Fundraising Project
Several years ago, some friends of GHS commissioned an artist to do a bronze Red Raider statue for placement on the GHS grounds. To compliment this statue, the Class of '65 will be providing the foundation, a beautiful surrounding circular patio, a sitting wall and landscaping.
This premier gathering place will be known as Alumni Plaza and it will most certainly become the visual identity of Greenville High itself. Its location will be on the front lawn where it will be visible to all passing travelers on Augusta and on Vardry. There will be a permanent plaque commemorating the plaza as a gift from the Class of 1965.
